Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 28, 2025
Applies To: All Black Friday promotional offers provided by ReptilesRuS.

1. Eligibility

  • The Black Friday Sale is valid only on November 28, 2025, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM EST.

  • Offers apply to purchases made online or in-store during the promotional period unless otherwise specified.

2. Promotional Pricing

  • Discounts apply only to items specifically marked as part of the Black Friday promotion.

  • Sale prices cannot be applied to past purchases or combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes unless stated.

3. Limited Quantities

  • All offers are available while supplies last.

  • No rain checks, backorders, or holds will be accepted during the Black Friday promotional period.

4. Exclusions

  • Gift cards, special-order items, feeders, and already discounted items may be excluded unless specifically noted.

  • Certain brands or products may be exempt from the promotion due to manufacturer restrictions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Due to high order volume, shipping times may be extended.

  • Standard shipping rates and policies apply unless otherwise noted.

  • ReptilesRuS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • All Black Friday sale items are final sale unless defective.

  • Defective items may be exchanged or returned in accordance with our standard warranty and return policy.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

7. Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • ReptilesRuS reserves the right to decline transactions suspected of fraud or misuse.

8. Product Warranty

  • Standard manufacturer warranties apply unless otherwise stated.

  • Warranty claims must follow the guidelines outlined by the manufacturer or ReptilesRuS policy.

9. Changes & Errors

  • ReptilesRuS reserves the right to modify, cancel, or correct pricing or promotional errors at any time without notice.

  • In the event of a pricing discrepancy, the corrected price will apply.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By participating in the Black Friday Sale, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • If you do not agree, you may refrain from participating in the promotion.

Valid from 7pm EST on November 28th, 2024 through 11:59pm EST on December 2nd, 2024.

Shipping Information

For this Black Friday we are offering free shipping on all orders valued at $150 CAD or more before sales tax. For orders under $150, we provide, discounted competitive shipping rates via multiple carriers of your choice.

If your address is a  PO Box then your package must ship with Canada Post. While Canada Post is On Strike we suggest if you only have a P.O. Box address to have it delivered to your place of business or a friends address. If you need other options, please contact us.

Oversized or Overweight Items

Certain items we carry are oversized (over 100cm or 39.3") or overweight. These items may not always be flagged as such in their product description at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to orders containing oversized or overweight items, even if the total exceeds $150 CAD. What we will do is send you a shipping quote and ReptilesRuS will cover 50% of the shipping on these items. Your under no obligation, if the shipping quote is unacceptable you can request a full cancellation/refund.

Our goal is to ensure transparent, fair shipping costs and provide the best possible service, no matter where you are located!

Before shipment, we will notify you of any additional charges, giving you the option to approve the fees or cancel your order.

Shipping to Remote Locations

For orders shipping to remote locations in Canada (e.g., Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or rural areas in certain provinces), free shipping is unavailable.

If your region is classified as a remote location, we will contact you regarding any additional shipping charges.

You will have the option to either pay the extra fee or cancel your order.

  • If your select to return products after they are shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
