BIO-Activity And The Theory Of Wild Re-Creation by John Courteney-Smith of Arcadia Reptile
Biodiversity is vital. It is all that is important and it is all that really matters with regard to the effective emulation and maintenance of a wild, thriving eco-system. These systems have developed over millennia to live and to work together in balance at all times, and to be able to constantly overcome those periods of hardship and of natural variation and/or disaster. We as humans must learn to respect and learn from this ‘Biodiversity’ and also ‘acknowledge’ the need for its long-term balance.
Not only are the secrets of the earth itself hidden within these systems, like ancient relics just waiting to be discovered, but within lies a map, a map that will point exotic animal keepers and conservationists alike toward the pathway of effective Wild Re-Creation leading to ethical and effective captive care.
